Students' Transcripts

To obtain transcripts, please email Ms. Ibrahim at mibrahim8@schools.nyc.gov / Mr. Hassan at hzineelabidine@schools.nyc.gov.  In your email please include the following:

Full name as it appears on your records at Hillcrest High School

Copy of ID with a date of birth such as a driver’s license or passport

Date of birth

Date of graduation or discharge

DO NOT SEND MONEY (the $5 transcript fee has been waived).

For official transcripts: include name and address of school where you would like the transcript to be mailed.  Provide an email or a fax number if you are requesting transcripts to be sent in that way.  (You may also request that a student transcript be mailed to you directly.)
